You may contact OIA by phone at (614) 292-6101, e-mail: oia@osu.edu, or check their website: http://oia.osu.edu/international-students.html.

How do I transfer to OSU? I have a SEVIS Form I-20 from another university.

If I am a student on a visa, will I ever be eligible for in-state tuition?
No, students on F or J student visas are not eligible for in-state tuition, no matter how many years they reside in the State of Ohio. For more information, check the Office of International Affairs (OIA) website: http://oia.osu.edu/international-students.html e-mail OIA at: oia@osu.edu.
